Roll surfaces are hardened according to the working conditions, and balancing process is performed on the rollers processed by grinding.

Electrolytic hard chrome, HVOF spray (tungsten carbide - chromium carbide - cermet), plasma spray ceramic (aluminium oxide - chromium oxide) coatings are applied on the roll surfaces according to the working conditions.
Rolls are manufactured for different industrial branches.
