renewal of various types of rollers and rollers used in synthetic yarn and
fiber production processes.
Tension and tension rollers, feed rolls, guide pulleys,
transfer pulleys, separator rollers, winding rollers and galettes of various
sizes are the subjects of the work.
Steel or aluminium materials are used in manufacturing. The working surfaces are coated with hard chrome, nodular hard chrome or ceramic as required by the process. Coatings are made to provide the desired surface roughness value, lower values are obtained after grinding and super finishing processes.
